Definitely a classy looking car. JDM and Australian ones seemed to get several variations of lights, grille and full-on facelift. I’m not sure that I’ve got all the variants sussed yet, got a fair few scans in my Photobucket account which I might investigate later.
Last early one I saw was tucked up the end of a driveway in Herefordshire last year, looked as if it hadn’t moved for a fair while. Knew someone with a tatty one back in the early ‘90s but I know that got scrapped and made way for a RWD Carina estate.
I have a feeling I had a dream about one in a metallic orange a few nights ago.
Hi guys, I live in Australia and I'm a huge fan of these cars. I had a Sigma as my first car and in fact I still own it (have had it since 1998). Over the years I have owned many of these cars and at the moment I have two!
I also run a blog dedicated to these cars (http://bad-sig.blogspot.com) and we even have an official car club that has been running since early 2000 (www.sigma-galant.com). Please visit my blog and tell me what you think!
You are probably right, i just saw that most of the sigma's in that brochure are have the steering wheel on the right side. While in the Netherlands all cars have the steering wheel on the left side. So they probably only changed the text for the dutch market and didn't put pictures in it from the actual Sigma's that would drive in the Netherlands.
