I bought this as a parts carrier and because I fancied it, it is largely useless however because it's just too small and a bit too noisy inside for my old ears
I am told by the last owner that is was bought new by Amstrad and the driver bought it off them, that's the first two keepers accounted for, I am keeper number 5
It has an MOT until September 2017 and there were 3 advisories, oil leak, rear leaf spring bushes worn and slight corrosion to the rear sills, had that last one for a few MOT's, seems to have had a fair bit of welding in 2013, it's got a nice chunky amount of recent history and Haynes manuals, it is due a cambelt, I bought a kit and it will come with it
Apart from the servicing and repairs it has not been pampered, street parked in London most of its life, dents, patches, overspray etc. At some point it was broken into, both side windows are perspex and do not go down, the drivers door lock has been changed, the locks to the petrol cap and rear hatch have been removed, They open easily, note the handy GB plate.
Starts, stops and drives nicely, clutch and 4 speed box work well. Tyres are good and it comes with a Sony radio / USB which is not loud enough to drown out the din inside the cab!
